I quickly realized trying to use an oscillating saw in the front lower confines of the fuselage would be extremely difficult. So I gave up trying to run a continuous ribbon of carbon fiber below the equipment tray. Instead I made up paper templates for each of the “compartments” to make carbon fiber quilt work. Didn’t take long to laminate in place. The triangle in front of the fuel pump I used fiberglass cloth. I’ll be moving the receivers more rearward away from the carbon fiber
